I checked my paypal account this morning and everything was normal until I check it again few hours ago, I started feeling weird because paypal wont accept my password for no reason. I tried retrieving it, after they approved my new pass I was sent to a blank paypal account under different name. This is not the first time it happens, this is my 4th time.
I called the Paypal Customer Service and obviously the first one who handled my call is totally clueless to what Im whinning about so she transfered me to the resolution specialist.
Everything in my account was messed up, the new account that I have no longer exist but my old account which I never use since May 2007 was still active as of today. They transfered my bank account information to my old account and they removed all my emails and added their email.
As you can see they changed it using their email. I don't know how it happened but obviously you can tell the difference. Here's the most recent activity that they did to my Paypal Account:

Here's another thing that freak me out, they attach their very own credit card but the billing address was under mine. I startled and I want this psycho to be caught. Now, Im scared to use paypal again they keep on saying they have security on them but that's all BS! I even bought a paypal security key, still it's useless! I have to call my bank and close my account so that this fraudelent act won't hit me big time. It's very disturbing I hope paypal can resolve this asap. I'll here from paypal up to 10 days so will go from there .... keep you posted guys. Just be EXTRA careful for using paypal or for clicking anything over the web, you'll never know if it's phishing/spoofing. |
