Thanks to Ate Rhebz, since she helped me with the rest of ingredients on how to marinade the crispy pata I'm totally clueless on how to deal with it. I went to the Asian store to grab some crispy pata and I'm lucky enough to snag some. I called Ate Rhebz, immediately to get instructions on how to cook it. Here's how:
- Purchase some crispy pata
- If you have a pressure cooker that will really help but if NOT just grab a pot pour some hot water and boil the crispy pata until it's soft
- marinade it with soy sauce and key limes or if you have knorr toyo mansi that will be better ( marinade for about 15-30 mins if desired )
- add some salt and pepper ( if desired)
- if you have deep fryer that's a lot easier but if not preheat your pot with canola oil then toss the crispy pata when it's hot and ready and viola!
- ready to eat! Pair it with steam or garlic rice w/ Mang Tomas sauce if you want.
