Lately been trying to busy myself on swimming, it feels good to do it everyday since it helps me to stay fit n' healthy and I believe it's one good way to loose those extra flabs.
It's hard since it's very tiring but I get the chance to enjoy it since I have to swim with my kids. They are like fishes in the pool! If I can continue to do it everyday there's a big possibilty that I might achieve my desired weight. Oh well, wish me luck lolz...
I have couple of diet pills to use but I don't wanna risk myself to it. |
